With 18 years of experience across community building, partnerships, customer experience, and sales, Raymond has built and led cross-functional teams spanning sales strategy, brand partnerships, project management, and live events. He was involved at the inception of Master & Dynamic, partnering closely with the CEO to introduce the brand to market by connecting musicians and cultural influencers to test and validate product, helping establish early credibility and audience reach. He later played a central role in scaling Museum of Ice Cream’s New York City location into one of the company’s highest-performing markets through diversified revenue streams across events, group sales, and brand collaborations. Partnerships including including Madison Square Garden, the NBA, Macy’s, PepsiCo, TikTok, Hudson Yards, Questlove, and more.
